Here you can escape the hustle and bustle of city living and winter in Arizon's Sonoran desert country. Although within 14 miles of Sun City to our East and 14 miles from Wickenburg to our Northwest you can still enjoy the slower pace and scenery of country living. In Sun City you will find all of the shopping you could ever want as well as Del Webb Hospital, Boswell Hospitial, and Arizona's best Heart Institute. Wickenburg on the otherhand is a charming smaller community offering you an Old West style atmosphere with a great western museum as well as most of your everyday shopping needs. We are also close to great rockhounding areas where you can search the desert for numerous gemstones and minerals as well as places to look for Arizona gold dust and nuggets. Also you will fine places to hike and explore the beautiful Sonoran desert within walking distance of our Community. Finally, don't forget to contact Bill for your reservation as the winter season will be upon us before we know it!

You will find our prices very friendly and reasonable with the Desert Oasis located between Wickenburg and Sun City on Highway 60/89 (Grand Ave.) at mile marker 124. When you arrive you will find our staff ready and willing to help get you settled in to your new winter home. All of our roads are paved and we have shade trees in most of our spaces and you will find a brand new laundry room open for use of our guests only assuring a clean and private place to wash your clothes. This is Arizona country living at it's best with a mountain view no matter where you look!.
